- Xactimate PDFs from adjusters or contractors, digital or scanned.
- F9 notes stay attached to their line.
- The ESX uses the PDF's price list. Xactimate sets the prices when you import it.
- Lines without a code come in as bid items, with the PDF's price.

A reconciliation sheet comes with every ESX.
A short PDF, shown in your panel and downloaded next to the ESX. It sets our total against the PDF's Line Item Totals. If they agree, it says Ready to import. If not, it lists the lines to fix.
- Custom range hood venting385.50
- Specialty countertop, template and install640.00
These two have no Xactimate code. They are in the ESX as bid items, with the PDF's description and price. Pick a code if you want to.

Who's behind Levelly.
I'm Daniel Niño. For five years I've written Xactimate estimates for contractors in the US, and too much of that time went into retyping adjusters' PDFs line by line. I built Levelly so you don't have to, and so you can see where a number didn't match.

When do I pay?
You see the result and the price before you pay. If some lines need a fix, you still get the ESX and the list of lines to fix, at the same price. If we cannot convert the file, you do not pay.
Is the first ESX really free?
Yes. Each account with a confirmed email gets its first conversion free, for a PDF of up to 150 lines, with its full reconciliation sheet. If it has more lines, each extra line is $0.25.
How does the monthly plan work?
It is coming soon, and you cannot buy it yet. It will be 10 conversions a month for $150. Conversions you do not use will carry over and never expire. Each conversion will cover a PDF of up to 150 lines, and extra lines will stay $0.25 each. Until then, your first conversion is free and each one after that is $25.
Which PDFs work?
Xactimate estimate PDFs, from an adjuster or from a contractor. Scanned PDFs work too, but they take longer. Handwritten estimates and PDFs that do not come from Xactimate do not work.
What does "Ready to import" mean?
Every line from your PDF is in the ESX, and the lines add up to the PDF's Line Item Totals, to the cent. Prices come from the PDF; Xactimate may reprice coded lines from your price list when you import. It checks that nothing was lost or misread. Whether the scope is right stays your call.
What if it is off?
The reconciliation sheet says by how much and lists the lines we could tie to the difference. If part of it is not tied to a line, the sheet says so and shows the room totals, so you know where to look. The price is the same, and you see it before you pay.
How long does it take?
Usually about a minute. Scanned or very large PDFs can take several minutes.
Do I need Xactimate?
Yes. The ESX opens in Xactimate.
What happens to bid items?
They come into the ESX as bid items, with the description and the price from the PDF. When the PDF itself marks a line "(Bid Item)", it stays a bid item, as in the original, and the sheet only mentions it. For any other line we could not tie to a code, the sheet says Ready to import, with the number of codes to pick, so you can pick a code if you want to.
What about the notes in the estimate?
F9 notes are attached to their line item.
What happens when I reprice in Xactimate?
Prices update to your price list, like any estimate. The reconciliation sheet shows that the ESX added up to the PDF's Line Item Totals when we delivered it. A few items exist in more than one Xactimate category with the same description, for example cement board for floors and for walls. We pick the category from the room when we can; when we can't, the line comes in as an item to confirm and you pick it. If repricing moves one of those lines, that is usually why.
